Reporters of the Russia-24 TV Channel have recently visited Sea Port of St. Petersburg JSC (SP St.Pb, part of UCL Holding) to see the departure of a ship with cargo of heavy-lift equipment intended for India’s Kudankulam NPP being under construction.  The project cargo weighing hundreds of tonnes was delivered to the port by special heavy-duty trucks and by rail. The operation to load the cargo onto ship took about a week. Stevedores used a giant STS crane to transfer the cargo. You can watch the video on Russia24 TV Channel.
